Scope & Applicable Equipment Data

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal identification, technical infrastructure specifications, electrical load calculations, and onsite survey information collected by Refinityisao during the planning, engineering, installation, and maintenance of backup power systems.

Our engineering scope includes uninterrupted power supply (UPS) setups for heating boilers, wall-mounted lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) home battery units, compact standby generators with automatic transfer switches (ATS), and portable inverter stations.

02

Information We Collect

To calculate precise battery capacity (kWh), required inverter continuous and peak power (kW), and switchover tolerances (<10ms), we process the following categories of technical and personal data:

Engineering & Facility Data

  • Heating boiler manufacturer, model, and phase specs
  • Nominal and inrush surge wattage of essential appliances
  • Electrical panel schematic diagrams and earthing metrics
  • Grid outage frequency and target autonomy hours

Direct Identification Data

  • Client name, primary contact number, and email
  • Installation property address and architectural layout
  • Service history, maintenance notes, and warranty logs
  • Payment receipts and hardware transaction proofs

[SYSTEM LOG] We never collect biometric data, banking credentials, or unnecessary personal profiling indicators.

03

Technical Audit & Sizing Analytics

We utilize client-submitted figures and onsite audit telemetry strictly to deliver engineered backup power layouts. Processing activities encompass:

Autonomy Capacity Calculations

Simulating discharge depth and cycle life under peak refrigeration, water pumping, gas boiler ignition, and essential network loads.

Electrical Safety Verification

Cross-referencing short circuit protection, automatic ATS isolation, voltage stabilization limits, and surge suppression thresholds.

Preventive Maintenance Schedule

Generating automated reminders for battery cell balancing, generator oil inspection, and firmware updates for hybrid inverters.

04

Third-Party Hardware Integrations

Modern backup power systems often feature local Wi-Fi, RS485/Modbus telemetry, and optional cloud monitoring applications provided by OEM hardware manufacturers (such as hybrid inverters and smart battery management systems). Under this arrangement:

  • We configure direct local access by default whenever possible to limit unnecessary cloud exposure.
  • If cloud monitoring is enabled per client request, data transfers between the hardware BMS and manufacturer servers are subject to the manufacturer's standalone privacy terms.
  • Refinityisao does not sell, license, or monetize customer telemetry, runtime statistics, or site coordinates to any advertisers or third-party data brokers.
SECURITY STANDARD: All service technicians authenticate via encrypted tunnels when performing remote firmware updates or diagnostics.
05

Storage, Encryption & Security

We implement multi-layered physical, technical, and operational safeguards to protect your records against unauthorized access, destruction, or interception:

AES-256
Database resting state encryption for system topologies and client records.
TLS 1.3
End-to-end transport protocol encryption across web requests and portals.
RBAC
Role-based credential enforcement strictly restricted to certified engineers.

Audit schematics and warranty dossiers are retained for the duration of the active equipment warranty period plus 36 months to ensure complete lifecycle traceability.

06

User Rights & Data Control

In accordance with global data protection directives and regulatory standards, you maintain absolute sovereignty over your records:

  • Right to Access: Obtain a complete digital copy of your installation audit, panel diagrams, and wattage calculations.
  • Right to Rectification: Update obsolete contact info, system modifications, or changed heating equipment configurations.
  • Right to Erasure: Request permanent removal of non-essential profile data, subject to legal fiscal retention laws.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Limit technical analysis solely to critical emergency support incidents.

Requests are fulfilled without charge within 30 calendar days upon identity verification.

07

Cookies & Tracking Directives

Our web platform operates with minimal client-side state mechanisms. We only store cookies essential for:

Session & Security Token Strictly Essential
